About Me
- Name: Dr. S
- Location: Gambier, Ohio, United States
Annie Dillard could have been writing about me when she said (of herself), "I like the slants of light; I'm a collector." Or Willem de Kooning: "I'm like a slipping glimpser." And don't forget Brenda Ueland: "I learned that you should feel when writing, not like Lord Byron on a mountain top, but like a child stringing beads in kindergarten--happy, absorbed and quietly putting one bead on after another." But the Beastie Boys might have said it best: "When it comes to panache, I can't be beat." There's a reason I wear a ring that says Badass.

I love this guy, even more when he appears in your photos. Will you continue your cabinet when you are far away, and, if so, may he send you e-pix of his adventures to post and so keep your heart in central Ohio?
Now *that* is a good idea: a dragon update. Or I could "accidentally" pack him and pose him all over Cambridge. But I think that it would be more fun if I receive pictures while I am away. And yes, the Cabinet will go on!
It's not fair for the dragon to get to Oxbridge before me, so he can't "accidentally" be packed. But should we manage to get to England next year, he might want to stay behind for a visit.
